You are responsible for your own legal status, but we ensure you get direct prioritized support from our local partners.

Do you help find long-term rentals (3+ months)?

Our packages are designed for 1 to 3-month setups. We can absolutely help negotiate 3-month leases, which opens up better housing options.

What if there's a problem with my apartment after move-in?

For Soft Landing and The Premium Landing, you have a dedicated contact point for your entire stay (up to 3 months). We step in to communicate with the landlord or vendor on your behalf.

Do you speak Vietnamese?

Yes. Local communication with landlords, drivers, and vendors happens in Vietnamese through our partners.
