What does TryViet actually do?

We handle the practical side of moving to Da Nang: housing shortlist and viewings, 1-3 month lease negotiation, move-in setup, eSIM, transport, vetted vendor intros, and support throughout your stay. We do not provide visa advice or immigration help.

Do I need a work permit to use your service?

No. TryViet is a Swedish company you hire to help you settle into Da Nang. You handle your own visa arrangements separately.

What visa do I need to live in Da Nang?

Most European and Swedish visitors use the Vietnam e-visa (90-day single/multiple entry) which perfectly covers a 1-to-3 month stay. This is your responsibility to arrange — we cannot advise on your specific visa.

When should I book?

Ideally 3–4 weeks before your arrival date. Last-minute bookings (under 7 days) may not be possible for Soft Landing and First Month Done.

Can I book if I haven't booked my flights yet?

Yes. Fill in the intake form with your target date range. We confirm availability. You're not committed until payment is made.

What if I don't know which apartment I want?

That's what we're for. You describe your priorities and we shortlist. For Soft Landing and up, we coordinate viewings.

Do you help find long-term rentals (3+ months)?

Our packages are designed for 1 to 3-month setups. We can absolutely help negotiate 3-month leases, which opens up better housing options.

Question 8

What if there's a problem with my apartment after move-in?

For Soft Landing and First Month Done, you have a dedicated contact point for your entire stay (up to 3 months). We step in to communicate with the landlord or vendor on your behalf.

Do you speak Vietnamese?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On-the-ground communication with landlords, drivers, and vendors happens in Vietnamese.

Is the pricing in EUR, USD or SEK?

Prices are listed in EUR. We can invoice in USD and SEK on request. Swedish VAT applies when invoicing Swedish entities.

What's not included?

Visa advice, immigration support, legal contracts, daily errands, personal shopping, cooking or cleaning services, driving you around daily, or anything not listed in the package.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

If we haven't fulfilled a listed deliverable, we'll make it right or provide a partial refund for unfulfilled items. Satisfaction guarantees on subjective outcomes are not offered.
