Terms of Service

Scope of service

TryViet provides practical relocation-support services in Da Nang, Vietnam: housing shortlists, viewings coordination, vendor introductions, move-in checklists, and a defined contact window post-arrival. The exact deliverables for each engagement are listed in your chosen package.

What we do not provide

We do not provide visa, immigration, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. We are not licensed to do so. Any informational signposting we share is not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

Payment

50% deposit on confirmation, 50% on arrival day. Pricing in EUR, invoiced from Sweden by TryViet AB. SEK invoicing available on request. Swedish VAT (moms) applies when invoicing Swedish entities.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival date. Within 14 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. We will re-schedule once at no charge subject to availability.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement. We are not liable for third-party landlord, vendor, or service-provider failures, though we will assist in resolving them within the scope of your package.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
