A 4-step process designed to remove every friction point between booking your flights and feeling at home in Da Nang.

Before you book flights
Fill in our arrival form. We review your dates, budget, and priorities. Within 24 hours we confirm whether we can serve your arrival or add you to the waitlist.

2 weeks before arrival
A 30-minute video call to understand your setup. We prepare your shortlist: neighbourhoods, apartments to visit, transport options, and accounts to prepare.
03
Arrival + first 48 hours
We coordinate or join your arrival. SIM card, apartment walkthrough, move-in checklist, water delivery ordered, transport confirmed.
04
Your Stay (1-3 Months)
A local contact for problems. Regular check-ins. Landlord, vendor, or setup issues? We step in. You focus on living in Da Nang, not firefighting.
