Choose & secure your plan
Select your support level (Essentials, Soft, or Premium Landing) and purchase it on our packages page. Enter your estimated arrival date and select add-ons during checkout.
3 weeks before arrival
Onboarding video call to map out your preferences (Soft & Premium Landing). At 2 weeks before arrival, final balance is due as we prepare your custom localization assets or secure housing (depending on your tier).
Arrival + first 48 hours
We coordinate or join your arrival (in-person walkthroughs for Soft & Premium tiers, eSIM/remote setup for Essentials). SIM card, move-in checklists, and transport options set up.
Your Stay (1-3 Months)
Enjoy your stay with local contact for support and issue resolution (included in Soft & Premium Landing, with Essentials covered during arrival week). You focus on living in Da Nang, not firefighting.
